April Showers bring…A NEW Contest!!!

April 2, 2009

Despite how it appears across most of the country, it IS spring! I’m choosing to ignore appearances and trust in faith that spring is in fact on its way.

And…I’m going to celebrate that fact! First, I’m celebrating by sharing my newest book cover. If you already receive my newsletter, you had a first peek at it. Here it is:

Isn’t it lovely?

To make this little celebration more fun, and since it’s been a few months since my last contest, what better time than to run a new contest?

Follow the directions below to win a chance at a $25 Amazon gift card and a signed author copy of Look To The East? (Just as soon as it’s available.)
All you have to do is help me spread the word about this contest — blog about/twitter/post on facebook, shoutlife, myspace…wherever you socially network. Then come back to my blog and leave a comment on this post telling me how you helped get the word out.
Simple.
I’ll enter you in the contest. Please leave me your twitter id, name on facebook or url to your blog post so I can learn more about you too.

I’ll receive my copies before many stores receive their stock, so this is a chance to be one of the first to read this book.

Three runners up will also receive author copies, or their choice of one of my other books.

So let me know what you think of the new cover and how you invited a friend to my blog. The winner will be chosen next Friday April 10th, so get your post in before that day.

Happy Spring!

    Welcome to my blog!
And to answer Ruth’s question, Look To The East releases on Sept 1st – which seems so far off at the moment but will be here before we know it.
The title should come up on Amazon in the next couple of weeks. I actually rushed on the newsletter and the contest to unveil the cover before Amazon put it up – sneak peek, you know. 🙂
    Thanks for visiting!

Thanks for all the tweets, everyone! And for sharing this with whatever social network you belong.
And thanks for sharing the excitement about the cover! I think it’s my most romantic cover to date, which is so appropriate for this book.
It’s not too late if you’d still like to share the contest news and leave a note to let me know about it. 🙂 I won’t be drawing the winner until next Friday, April 10th.
